UW Macro Photographer Workshop – for Beginners

6 students

There is an abundance of life in the ocean. From the biggest animals to ever roam our planet, to tiny little critters. Many divers start to get bored of the “big stuff” after several years of diving, so they start focusing on finding the most extraordinarily small creatures.
Nudibranchs, Frogfish, Scorpionfish, Crabs, Shrimps and Octopuses just to name a few, are in focus in this Workshop. We will dive into a different world, a world of micro marine life.
In this Workshop we will introduce you into the secrets on how to locate certain creatures, how to compose a macro shot and especially which tools and camera settings you should use.

Macro shots are not just pictures of animals. They take the viewer into a different world, exposing unseen details and animal behaviors. A successful picture tells a story and every story needs an author.

By taking this class you will be perfectly prepared to continue onwards with hands-on practice with us at Lunatics Imaging Bali!
